David founded Bridge Resource Group in 2018 after beginning his executive search career in 2010 with a healthcare recruiting firm, where he ranked among the top 5 healthcare recruiters in a network of over 2,500 recruiters nationwide.
With 15 years of executive search experience — including 12 years dental-exclusive and deep roots in Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Dental Practice leadership recruiting — David brings a dual lens to every search: the clinical realities of healthcare organizations and the financial and operational demands placed on the leaders who run them.
